Please take Notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of Balbriggan RFC to be held at the Bracken Court Hotel in Balbriggan on Monday 17th December 2018 at 8pm.
The purpose of the EGM is self explanatory from the Notice, a link to which is below.
Please make every effort to attend the meeting.
Also, please note that as per Article 10 of the Constitution of Balbriggan RFC ‘Voting Members as at 1st November 2018 are entitled to vote at the EGM.’ The Constitution of Balbriggan RFC can be accessed at the Club website. The Constitution of the Club sets out the various types of members of Balbriggan RFC.
