2014 saw the return of Women’s Rugby to Balbriggan RFC. The Women’s team played in Leinster League Division 4 in that season, topping the League table and winning the League Final.
In 2017/18, the Women’s team topped Leinster League Division 3 and, and again, won the League Final. They also won the Leinster Paul Cusack Cup final that season.
They continued to build on both their previous success and their squad depth and won Division 2 in 2023/24, bringing the 1xt XV to Division 1 where they currently play under the leadership of Holly Keogh, who is both our Women’s and Club Captain.
Our 2XV was founded in 2024/25 and currently play in Division 6.
