Clubhouse Planning Permission
Balbriggan RFC are delighted to announce that Fingal County Council have granted permission for the construction of a Clubhouse at our grounds at Bowhill, Balrothery.
Balbriggan RFC are grateful to Fingal Co Co and to those who assisted us in getting to this stage, particularly Councillor Tony Murphy. We will now move to the next stage in this vital project which will involve tendering for construction of the clubhouse.
Balbriggan RFC looks forward to working with our members, our neighbours and with our wider Community in Balbriggan and Balrothery in developing this state of the art sports facility which will benefit the men, women, youths and children that play rugby at Balbriggan RFC.

40,000 spectators were entertained by Balbriggan RFC’s U12s when they played at half-time during the Leinster v Munster game in the Aviva Stadium on Saturday October 8th. In what was a momentus day for the U12s and their families, it was great to see the huge number of supporters that travelled from Balbriggan RFC. The U12’s put on a great show, and should be very proud of what they achieved. It was a nice bonus that Leinster won too! Thanks to all who travelled to the game to cheer on the team. Thanks also to Gerry Buckley from Super Valu Balbriggan for providing goodies for the team. Check out our Gallery for more photos from the day.
